About Loving Liminally

Welcome — happy to have you here. Thanks for joining me on my slow (and slightly chaotic) ascent out of the madness of my early 20s.

Loving Liminally is a blog about trying to make the most of the limbo period between life stages; chapters of transition are more than filler episodes. It’s 2/3 diary, 1/3 the advice column I wish lived in my own head. A little messy, mostly honest, and always written with heart.

My mission? To become my own Agony Aunt — and maybe help someone else who needs to read the things I’m still learning to say out loud.

This is my journal in the open, because frankly, I’m tired of people telling me I need to have all my ducks in a row. This is a free-range duck farm. They’ll line up when (and if) they feel like it.

Here, you’ll find posts about:

  • Navigating your 20s without a map
  • Building self-trust one tiny step at a time
  • Finding meaning in uncertainty
  • Learning to romanticise the becoming

Think of it like a coffee date with a friend who won’t give you all the answers — but will sit with you in the not-knowing.

So, if you’re a little lost too…
You’re in the right place.

With love,
Annabel ♡
